Team of Ukraine took 5th place in mixed relay on European championship in Lenzerheide, Switzerland.
Played for the Ukrainian national team Anastasia Merkushina, Yulia Jima, Artem Prima and Anton Dudchenko. Note that in the second stage, Jim ran a penalty loop. Dudchenko went to the last stage sixth, but eventually managed to finish in the top 5.
The European champion in the mixed relay was Norway, which was 25 seconds ahead of the fourth from Germany.
Today at the European Championship there will also be a single mixed doubles race. Will play for Ukraine Elena Bilosyuk and Bogdan Tsymbal. The start is at 14:30.
Recall that at the European Championship 2023 Ukrainians won three medals. Anastasia Merkushina won gold in the sprint, while Yulia Dzhima and Anton Dudchenko brought silver medals to their team in individual races.
