“Poland and the UK are at the forefront of efforts to form a coalition against Russia and Belarus’ participation in the 2024 Olympics in France. If athletes from these two countries are allowed to compete, Poland and other countries could issue an ultimatum. It will depend on the possibility of creating an effective coalition of countries without which the Olympic Games could not have taken place”, quotes Bortnichuk inside the Games, quoting the Polish agency IAF.
