Recall that this order, which prohibits the gathering of Russian national teams abroad, was approved on September 24.
At the same time, the Deputy Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Odes Baysultanov once pointed out that trips abroad can be agreed with a letter of guarantee stating that there are no people subject to partial mobilization in the team.
