Yulia Levchenko took third place
Ukrainian athlete Yaroslav Maguchy triumphed at the World Series tournament in the French Val-de-Rei.
Maguchikh on the second attempt took a height of 1.95 meters in the high jump sector. Note that Yaroslav set a record for the tournament in France. For Maguchy this is the third victory of the season.
Third place was taken by another Ukrainian – Yulia Levchenko. The second place went to the representative of Lithuania Urte Baikstite. Note that Levchenko and Baykstite showed a result of 1.84 meters.
Recall that Maguchikh became the winner of the World Athletics Indoor Tour Bronze tournament in Cottbus, Germany, jumping 1.98 m on the first attempt. Yaroslava also won in the high jump at the Karsten Warholm International tournament in Norway.
Previously, Maguchikh won the Aleksey Demjanjuk Memorial by clearing the bar at a height of 2.00 m. This is the best result of the 2023 season in the world.
