Earlier, Kazan was already selected for the 2022 World Cup in short course swimming
The International Swimming Federation (FINA) has decided reschedule the 2025 World Aquatics Championships V Singapore.
The tournament was planned to be held in Kazan (Russia). In May 2022, Kazan was already deprived of the right to host the 2022 World Cup in short course swimming.
More than 2,500 athletes from 209 countries are expected to take part in the 2025 FINA World Championships. The World Aquatics Championship brings together six sports: swimming, water polo, diving, artistic swimming, open water swimming and high diving.
Note that FINA suspended Russian and Belarusian athletes from participating in international competitions under the auspices of the organization for an indefinite period.
To Singapore, we go! ✌️ 🇸🇬
