Today I want to talk about all my coaches.
I started skating when I was four years old at the Olympic Ice Palace in Ryazan. My first coach was Olga Shevtsova. For her, our group was also the first. It was Shevtsova who taught me how to skate, and it was she who stood behind the board in a swallow at the first competition, reminding us of the elements of the program. Olga Mikhailovna was the coach of the initial training group. I skated with her for three years and then transferred to the athletic development group.
My second coach was Larisa Melkova, I skated with her from seven to nine years old. In addition, I was engaged in dancing in the pop-sport dance studio Evgenia Osotina. Osotin has nothing to do with figure skating, but he gave me one of the programs – “Valenki”. There was also gymnastics Larisa Terentyeva. At the same time I started going to training camp with the Moscow coach Elena Konyukhova.
As in Ryazan the skaters have three months off in the summer, I spent June in Bulgaria at the training camp with Elena Vladimirovna.
I was almost nine years old when the family moved to Moscow. It was Konyukhova who advised us to go to Khrustalny to Alexander Volkov. I passed the screening, passed the necessary tests for admission to the Khrustalny sports school. I was signed up there in the middle of the summer, so I managed to go to training camp with Marina Cherkasova.
After these training camps, I started training in Moscow. For two and a half years I skated with Alexander Sergeevich and Martin Evenne and went to further training at Balashikha for Maria Borovikova.
We practiced sliding, steps and sequences of steps. No matter who I trained with later, Maria Valerievna was always there and helped me. Then I moved on to the band Anna Tsareva. She only worked for a month.
Moreover, in 2016 I had two options, two outstanding coaching teams – Mishin or Tutberidze. I went to Alexei Nikolaevich and went to Eteri Georgievna. Again, I liked Tutberidze better – the stars of world women’s figure skating trained there. Such an example before my eyes! I skated on the same rink and constantly ran into them. For four years I trained with Eteri Tutberidze, Sergei Dudakov And Daniel Gleichengauz. Among the coaches was also a choreographer Ludmila Shalashova (mother of Gleichenhaus).
My next coach was Yevgeny Plushenko. Figure Skating Academy “Angels Plushenko”, where I skated for a year. trained with him Dmitry Mikhailov, Sergei Alekseev, Yerem Gazazyan (coach for physical preparation), Alexei Zakharchenko (dance coach) and choreographer Marina Akelkina.
Then I returned to Eteri Georgievna and skated with her during the Olympic year. Now moved to group Svetlana Sokolovskaya SShOR CSKA them. Beetle. Train with her too Stanislav Zakharov, Vitaly Butikov, Lilia Biktagirovachoreographer Anna Bilibina and physical trainer Mikhail Panarin.
Even now I dance in the style of Frame Up Strip. I train with Anastasia Yurasova And Native Olga.
I am very grateful to all my coaches. I am happy to have worked with such different professionals. A big thank you to each coach for what he has invested in me! Without them, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
