Kremenchuk beat Kharkiv Berserkers and secured the first line of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship

The sixth victory of the team of Alexander Savitsky over Kharkiv in the season

Kremenchug beat Kharkiv Berserkers in the regular season Ukrainian ice hockey championship — 7:3.

The first period was decisive, in which the hosts of the arena (and nominal guests) scored three goals. Kharkiv managed to win back two goals at the beginning of the second twenty-minute period, but Kremenchug again reached an advantage of three goals.

In the third period, the Berserkers tried to win back, but Kremenchuk scored twice more. Gleb Krivoshapkin recorded a natural hat-trick at his own expense.

Kremenchuk beat the Berserkers for the sixth time this season. Oleksandr Savitsky’s team scored 57 points and secured the first line of the Ukrainian championship six games before the end of the regular season. In the next match, Kremenchuk will play with Kiev on February 18.

The Berserkers suffered their 16th defeat in a row and remain in last place. In the next match, the team of Pavel Legachev will play Sokol on February 18.
