The deadline for signing the contract for the Fury-Usyk fight has been announced

The title fight is at stake.

Frank Warren, co-promoter of the WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, told the details of the negotiations with the team of WBO, WBA and IBF title holder Oleksandr Usyk.

According to the specialist, the teams cannot drag the negotiations, otherwise the title fight will fail.

“We can no longer delay the negotiation process because the four governing bodies will not agree. Usyk has three belts and his first mandatory challenger, if appointed, will be Daniel Dubois.

So, the situation is such that everything has to be fixed by the end of this week. Otherwise, there is no fight. It’s bad for boxing and for the sport in general if we don’t do this fight,” Boxing News 24 quoted Warren as saying.

It was previously known the reason why the Usyk-Fury fight could fail.
