Midfielder spoke openly about the war with Russia
Ukrainian midfielder of Girona Viktor Tsygankov spoke about the war with Russia. The footballer urged public people to work actively.
“The difference in Ukraine between life before the war and during the war is very big. Now there is no former life there, people have no water, no light…”.
“The whole world knows that there is a war going on in Ukraine. Every public person in Ukraine must help his country. He needs to tell the world what’s going on. We have to do it.”
Victor signed with Girona until the summer of 2027, leaving Dynamo in January. The Spanish club paid five million euros for the midfielder. Also, Dynamo will receive 50% of the amount of the subsequent resale of the Ukrainian.
In La Liga, Tsygankov had two meetings. The Ukrainian midfielder did not differ in effective actions.
Early on the morning of February 24, Russia launched rocket and air strikes on most Ukrainian cities and then launched a full-scale military invasion. The war against Russia has been going on for 358 days.
