Universiade winner, choreographer and coach Betina Popova told that the figure skater Alena Kostornaya and his partner Georgy Kunitsa train at an intense pace.
Earlier, Popova told how Kostornaya’s training is going after returning from vacation. In mid-January, the coach told the media that the figure skater was preparing in his group, paired with Georgy Kunitsa, to perform in ice shows.

Kostornaya is the 2020 European champion in individual skating. The 19-year-old figure skater won gold in the Junior Grand Prix Final (2018) and Grand Prix Final in the 2019/20 season. In the spring of 2022, she stopped working with coach Eteri Tutberidze and came under the management of Elena Buyanova.
