The peculiarity of the Plushenko school is that, for the most part, it exists at the expense of sponsorship. Yes, there is state support, but still. Therefore, of course, I don’t want to accept what is happening now. I wouldn’t want Plushenko’s athletes to go anywhere. I want them to perform here and be admitted to the world stage as soon as possible,” Skobrev told Metaratings.ru.

Zhilina took second place in the Russian Championship among juniors, Titova became 4th. The winner was Alina Gorbacheva from Tver, coached by Sofia Fedchenko.
