Kharkiv team conceded twice at the beginning of the match. Before the break, Metalist won back one ball thanks to a goal from Maxim Pryadun, but immediately after the start of the second half, the Latvian team again brought the advantage to two goals.
The team of Peritsa Ognenovich managed to avoid defeat at the very end of the match. First, Yegor Demchenko closed the gap, and four minutes later Evgeny Ryazantsev converted a penalty and brought the Kharkiv team a draw.
