This is the second medal of Ukraine at the 2023 World Cup in Bakuriani
Ukrainian Anastasia Novosad became bronze medalist V ski acrobatics at the 2023 World Championships freestyle and snowboarding in Georgian Bakuriani.
According to the results of qualification, two Ukrainians went to the finals of the women’s tournament: Olga Polyuk and Anastasia Novosad. According to the results of the first jumps, only Novosad qualified for the superfinal. Her result was the second best among 12 participants.
In the superfinal, Novosad performed a jump with 82.84 points and took third place.
This is the second medal of Ukraine at the 2023 World Cup. Earlier, the Ukrainian ski acrobatics team consisting of Anastasia Novosad, Oleksandr Okipnyuk and Dmitry Kotovsky took 3rd place in the team tournament. This is the first ever team medal for Ukraine at the World Cup.
