Blue-yellows will compete in six disciplines
Application is known national team of Ukraine on European Championship 2023 By indoor athleticswhich will be held in Istanbul.
10 athletes will go to Turkey. Irina Gerashchenko will also fly to Istanbul, who will be announced as a substitute.
In total, at the EURO 2023, blue-yellows will be represented in six disciplines:
- Yaroslav Maguchy, Ekaterina Tabashnik, Yulia Levchenko, Irina Gerashchenko (spare); Andrey Protsenko, Vadim Kravchuk – High jump.
- Julia Loban – pentathlon.
- Anna Plotitsyna – 60 m hurdles.
- Stanislav Kovalenko – 60 m.
- Yana Gladiychuk – pole vaulting.
- Roman Kokoshko – shot put.
Note that Marina Bekh-Romanchuk will not be able to take part in the event. Due to an injury, the Ukrainian ended the winter season ahead of schedule.
The European Championship 2023 will be held in Istanbul (Turkey) from 2 to 5 March.
