Contract signed for 2.5 years
metalworker 1925 announced the signing of the Ukrainian midfielder Abdulla Abdullayev.
The player signed an agreement for 2.5 years. The midfielder took the 15th game number in the Kharkov club.
Abdullayev started playing football in Odessa Chernomorets, but at the DUFL level he played for Shakhtar. As part of the Ukrainian national team U-18 played two matches. The last club is Zorya, in which the midfielder has been listed since the winter of 2022.
At the training camp in Turkey, Metalist 1925 lost to the Kazakh Ordabasy, the Danish Norschelland (0:1) and the Czech Lishen (0:1), tied with the Serbian club Radnichki (0:0) and Kolkheti-1913 (1:1), and also won Bulgarian Hebyr (2:1) and Macedonian Gostivar (1:0).
Metalist 1925 is 7th in the UPL standings with 18 points. On February 27, Kharkiv will play a rescheduled UPL match against Oleksandriya.
