Recall that Yarmolenko suffered a thigh injury in the match against Al-Sharjah for the UAE Super Cup (0:1). The Ukrainian came out in the starting lineup, but was forced to leave the field in the middle of the first half.

In total, Yarmolenko has eight goals and five assists for Al Ain in 22 matches in all competitions.
