Ukraine won another award at the European Winter Indoor Championships, taking place in Istanbul.
This time, the men’s high jump competition was successful for us.
Ukraine is represented here by 34-year-old native of Kherson Andriy Protsenko. Our athlete was able to show a result of 229 centimeters, which allowed him to finish the competition in second place. The winner, Duve Amels from the Netherlands, jumped two centimeters higher.
It should be noted that for Andrey this is the second silver in the European Indoors for his career, he was previously second in 2019.
