The Norwegians won the race
Men’s national team of Ukraine failed in the relay junior world championship 2023 biathlon in Shchuchinsk (Kazakhstan).
The Blue-Yellows finished in 11th place with 15 extra rounds and three penalty loops. Ukraine was represented in the race by Vladislav Chikhar, Vitaly Mandzyn, Sergey Suprun and Stepan Kinash.
The victory in an incredibly intriguing race was won by biathletes from Norway. Second place went to Germany, bronze medals in a tense struggle won Italy.
At the Junior World Cup 2023, our team has two medals. Alexandra Merkushina won bronze in the individual race. Our team also won bronze in the mixed relay.
