Anton finished 12th in the individual race
Ukrainian biathlete Anton Dudchenko commented on his performance in the individual race at the World Cup in Östersund, Sweden.
“Today I made a mistake twice. These were my, if I may say, childish mistakes, so I am somewhat disappointed with the first firing lines. On the prone floor, there was a miss, but on the stand I didn’t finish it a little, because there was a miss at the top.
“I worked quite well today on the track. Yes, in some areas I managed to run after Jacomel, I worked on the same lap with Perro. I tried to hang on to them wherever I could.”
“We haven’t thought about the mass start yet [с тренером], because there is still a relay race ahead. But then we will talk about what and how.
Anton took 12th place in the men’s “individual” at 20 km. The victory in the race was won by the representative of Germany – Benedikt Doll. Dudchenko will also represent Ukraine in the men’s mass start.
The stage in Östersund will continue with the men’s and women’s relay races on March 11.
