“The Congress, despite the categorical objections of the Ukrainian side and our allies, voted for the return of the representatives of Russia and Belarus. We are deeply shocked and outraged by this decision, we immediately convene a meeting of the presidium to decide our reaction to the FIE’s decision and its possible appeal,” the statement read.
