President of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) Alexander Gorshkov told that he had arrived in Phuket, where the International Skating Union (ISU) congress will be held in the coming days.
“I’m already in Phuket,” Gorshkov said.
Earlier, a source familiar with the situation told that the ISU board decided to allow representatives of the Russian side to participate in the congress and elections. In particular, consideration will be given to raising the age limit in figure skating.
The ISU Congress will be held June 6-10 in Phuket.
