Falcon beat Dnieper in the first semi-final playoff match Ukrainian ice hockey championship – 3:2.
The starting period passed without abandoned goals. The Dnipro more often threatened the opponents’ goal, while the people of Kiev in one of the episodes hit the post of the Kherson team.
All the team’s goals were scored in the second period. Dnipro converted the majority, but conceded two goals within 13 seconds. Later, the teams scored another goal each.
In the third period, Sokol played without striker Roman Blagoy, who was injured in a fight with Eduard Zakharchenko. Dnipro tried to win back, but the people of Kiev kept the winning score.
