Previously, Juventus were fined 15 points in Serie A, but the investigation is not over
UEFA received from the prosecutor’s office of Turin new Juventus case documents. The Union is conducting its own investigation into the possible financial fraud of the Turin club.
Since December, UEFA has been studying the contracts of several players, suspecting them of financial fraud. In case of confirmation of violations of the law, the club faces fines from UEFA, including for the guilty players.
The next hearing in the Juventus case with the participation of the prosecutor’s office is scheduled for March 27.
Previously, Juventus have already been fined 15 points due to allegations of financial fraud. The Court of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has not yet made decisions on the players and the former management of Juventus, who resigned.
Former club president Andrea Agnelli was reportedly facing a 16-month ban and vice-president Pavel Nedved 10 months.
