Eden Hazard wants to stay at Real Madrid next season

Played only 7 matches for the Blancos this season

Belgian winger Eden Hazard said he would like stay at Real Madrid next season.

“I would like to stay at Real Madrid. Always said it. I hope to play to show that I can still do it. People doubt me, but I believe that I will be here next year. I hope I can play for Real Madrid again.”

Eden Hazard moved to Real Madrid from Chelsea in the summer of 2019. His contract with the Blancos runs until the end of next season. This season, Hazard has played only 7 matches for Real Madrid, scoring 1 goal and giving 1 assist. He missed most of the season due to injury.

Recall that Hazard was included in the list of six players who are not included in the plans of Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti for next season. Hazard also retired from the Belgian national team.

Real Madrid are in second place in the Spanish Liga, 9 points behind Barcelona. On March 19, Barcelona and Real Madrid will play the second Clasico of the season in La Liga.
