At the show program tournament, student Eteri Tutberidze impressed the fans, but received a modest score from the jury – 18.09 points. In the final protocol, Zagitova became only the ninth.
Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin, who celebrates his 43rd birthday today, won the first show program tournament in history.
