Athletistic / Others. The head of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) Veronika Loginova reacted to the comments of the President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach. He said that if Russians and Belarusians are admitted to international competitions, each of them will be tested separately for compliance with anti-doping rules.

Additionally, Bach said the IOC is still concerned about the state of Russia’s anti-doping system. But Loginova stressed that the IOC should have no reason to doubt.

IOC chief: ‘We will verify that every athlete from Russia and Belarus complies with anti-doping conditions’

“Neither the IOC nor international sports federations have any reason to doubt the quality of our testing program, all procedures are carried out in strict compliance with international standards.

We are in dialogue with the international federations on the issue of doping samples from Russian athletes. We provide the necessary assistance to international agencies collecting samples in the country.

We are as open as possible in dialogue with the World Anti-Doping Agency, we regularly provide all the necessary information,” TASS quoted Loginova as saying.
