Athletistic/ Others. Olympic ice dance champion Tatyana Navka has commented on reports that the IOC did not support Ukraine’s decision to boycott the competition.

“I agree with the IOC. World sport and the Olympic movement will not suffer if Ukraine does not participate in the tournaments. And the non-participation of Russia, with its large number of strong athletes, will affect the level of competition,” Navka told Match TV.

On March 28, the IOC executive committee recommended that Russian athletes be allowed to participate in international competitions in a neutral status.
