The Ukrainian club reached the semi-finals of the Eurocup
Head coach Prometheus Ronen Ginzburg spoke about the plans of the club after the defeat from Turk Telekom (74:76) in the Eurocup semi-finals. The Czech specialist noted that some players are likely to leave the team.
“Prometheus has great ambitions. Then we will need to build a new team – some players, I think, will leave us at the end of the season, and we will have to look for new ones. We plan to continue doing what we have been doing this season,” Ginzburg said.
Prometheus became the second Ukrainian club to play in the Eurocup semi-finals. In 2013, Budivelnik stopped one step away from the final.

Ginsburg has previously said he intends to stay with Prometheus next season. The club also plans to play in the Eurocup again.
This season, Prometheus became the champion of the Latvian-Estonian Basketball League. The club did not play in the Ukrainian Super League due to disagreements with the FBU.
