Lakers didn’t help spurt in final quarter
In the first match of the final NBA Western Conference playoffs Denver Nuggets beat Los Angeles Lakers — 132:126.
The best player in the Nuggets was Nikola Jokic, who scored a triple-double: 34 points, 21 rebounds and 14 assists. The Lakers have 40 points for Davis and 26 for LeBron James.
Note that the Lakers did not help even a big spurt in the fourth quarter. Los Angeles managed to close the gap from “-14” to “-3”, but the end of the meeting was left for the Nuggets.
The second match of the final series will take place on May 19.
