Ukrainian defender Arsenal Oleksandr Zinchenko finally dropped out before the end of the season.

“Alex has calf problems. He will not be able to play in the next matches,” Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta said.

Zinchenko’s gastrocnemius injury was previously reported. At the same time, the Ukrainian trained in the general group of the Gunners during the pre-match training for the meeting with Brighton (0:3). Arsenal medical chief Gary O’Driscoll said that the Gunners staff is doing everything possible to get Zinchenko back in the team’s general group for the next match.
