According to the representative of the defeated boxer, they will protest the result of the title fight.
“This is the biggest robbery in the sun. I guarantee that we will challenge this decision, we will file an appeal, because someone needs to stop this injustice.

Someone has to put the box where it should be. There must be justice in boxing, because the records of these judges are absolutely insane. They don’t understand how hard fighters work to get into the ring. When they are robbed like that, it is unacceptable.
I promise we won’t leave it like this. We will file an appeal. Maybe we won’t win, maybe, even probably, everything will stay like this. But we want to show that there should be justice,” Klimas said at a press conference after the fight.
It can be remembered that Haney defeated Lomachenko by unanimous decision with a score of 116-112, 115-113, 115-113.
