Vasily Lomachenko explained why he couldn’t hold back the tears after losing a fight to undisputed lightweight division champion Devin Haney.
According to the boxer, at that moment he remembered his son, who called him more than once before the fight and called him a champion.

“When I gave my speech, I just remembered how my son called me seven times today and every time he said that I am the new champion. When I remember this moment, it is very difficult for me,” said Lomachenko in a press conference after the match.
