Earlier, Sport Arena reported that the future of Lviv will be determined at a meeting between the management and the owner of the club, Bohdan Kopytko, in a week. Lviv management intends to fight for the existence of the club, and wants to keep 2/3 of the current team. In addition, it is known that Lvov owed the players part of the salary for April. A number of Brazilian players also left the team.

In the last round of the UPL, Lviv lost to Rukh (0:2) and lost the chances of maintaining a residence permit in the elite division of the Ukrainian championship. With 13 points, the Lviv team took the last place in the standings ahead of schedule.
