Yaroslava jumped 2.01 meters
Ukrainian athlete Yaroslav Maguchy won the stage Diamond League 2023 in Rabat (Morocco).
Maguchikh showed a result of 2.01 meters. Ukrainian Irina Gerashchenko (1.91 m) and Nadezhda Dubovitskaya with Serbian Angelina Topich also climbed the podium, who jumped 1.87 m. Yulia Levchenko showed a result of 1.81 m.
Maguchy’s jump became a record of the season: Yaroslava improved her previous result by 1 cm. Also, 2.01 meters from the Ukrainian became the record of the tournament in Rabat.
Note that Yaroslav Maguchy defended the title of the winner in Rabat. The Ukrainian athlete won the Diamond League stage in 2022 as well.
Recall that in March, Maguchih won gold in the high jump at the 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul. And at the beginning of this month, Yaroslava won the World Series tournament in Nairobi (Kenya).
