Down-the-line.com / Others. The President of the National Olympic Committee of Finland, Jan Vapavuori, expressed his position on the International Olympic Committee (IOC), which advocated the possibility of admitting Russian athletes to international competitions under certain conditions.

He also notes that international sports federations can make decisions on admission, but the IOC has set strict conditions in its recommendations, which reduces the risk of returning athletes from these countries.

Vapavuori thinks the situation is tough now, but there are signs Russia could pull out of the Paris Olympics.
