Barcelona made an impressive comeback against Wolfsburg to win the Women’s Champions League

The Spanish team lost 0:2 after the first half

Barcelona beat wolfsburg (3:2) in the final Women’s Champions League season 2022/23. The decisive match of the European Cup was held in Eindhoven.

The German team won the first half 2-0 thanks to the efforts of Eva Payor and Alexandra Popp, but Wolfsburg failed to keep the winning score.

In the second half, Barcelona secured victory with an impressive comeback thanks to a brace from Patricia Guijarro and a goal from Fridolina Rolfio.

Barcelona have become champions of the Women’s Champions League for the second time in history. Last year, the Spanish team lost to Lyon in the final (1:3).

Wolfsburg have been defeated in the Champions League final for the fourth time in history. The German club has two Champions League titles to its credit.

Manchester City and Inter will play in the final of the men’s Champions League. The match will take place on June 10 in Istanbul.
