Athletistic/ Cross-country skiing. Russian skier Sergei Volkov received a six-month ban for violating anti-doping rules.
According to the RUSADA website, the 21-year-old athlete was found guilty of doping.
The period of disqualification of a skier is counted from January 19, 2022.
It should be noted that Volkov’s best result in international tournaments is 4th place at the 2020 World Junior Championships in the free sprint.
