Ukrainian appreciated his performance
Former world champion Alexander Gvozdyk commented on his fight against Richard Bolotniks.
“I felt comfortable, I felt like I was in control of the whole fight. Yes, I watched the fight. I missed a lot of unnecessary punches. Of course, we will work on this, but in general, I didn’t have any problems during the fight at all.”
“There was no situation when he delivered a blow and shocked me. This is first. Secondly, already from the first round I began to feel that he was breathing. I knew he would get tired.”
“The fourth round wasn’t bad for him, but overall I didn’t feel like he was winning. I felt like I was in control of the fight. When the opportunity arose, I took it. As soon as I got a little involved in the work, from the fifth round the fight abruptly began to become one-sided and ended.
Recall that in May, Gvozdyk had a fight with the Latvian boxer Bolotniks, whom the Ukrainian knocked out in the 6th round. As a result, Gvozdyk got his second victory after resuming his career.
