On June 26, Kostomarov posted the first video from the hospital. In this one, the athlete works out on a prosthetic exercise bike.
“I’m proud of you! I never doubted that you are a real fighter. Our champion, whom millions of people admire not only in Russia, but all over the world!” Navka wrote on her social media.
At the moment, Russian skaters are suspended from international departures.
