Batalsky joined Obolon in the summer of 2019. The 36-year-old forward scored 6 goals and provided 1 assist in 16 Premier League games last season.
Niva became the champion of the Second League-2022/23, qualifying for the First League. The team is preparing for the next season under the guidance of the new head coach Igor Zhabchenko.
Obolon took second place in the “Championship” group of the First League and in the new season will play in the elite division of the championship of Ukraine.
The base date for the start of the new season in the Ukrainian Premier League is July 29. In the First League, the competition will start on July 28.
