Ukrainian men’s beach soccer team failed to reach the semi-finals European Games 2023.
In the final round of the group stage, the blue-yellows defeated Moldova (6:5). Earlier, Ukraine beat Italy (6:5) and lost to Switzerland (3:5).
The final place of Ukraine in the standings depended on the result of the Switzerland-Italy match, in which the Italians won (5:3).
Thus, the blue-yellows took third place in group B, losing to Italy and Switzerland as a result of head-to-head meetings. The Blue-Yellows will play in the tournament for 5-8th places in the European Games.
Women’s national team of Ukraine with three points in the asset, they took second place in group B and advanced to the 1/2 finals of the European Games.
