The midfielder terminated the contract with Zorya ahead of schedule
As it became known to the Sport Arena, Midfielder Maxim Khlan can go to the club of the Polish Ekstraklasa – Warta Poznań. According to our information, in the near future the player can be tried in this team.
Recall, earlier it was reported that Khlan prematurely terminated the contract with Luhansk Zorya. Lawyers cited the violation of labor laws by the club as the reason for this decision of the football player. Khlan was suspended from the first team and promoted to the reserve team for his refusal to continue his cooperation with the Luhansk club. The player has not played for the team since April this year.
This season, Hlan has played 8 matches for Zorya and provided two assists.
Luhanska Zorya finished third in the Ukrainian Championship standings and will play in the Europa League next season. Warta finished eighth in the 2022/2023 season of the Polish Championship, 15 points behind the fourth position, which gives the right to play in European competitions.
