Petr Cech will play in a charity match in support of Ukraine

Legendary ex-goalkeeper of Chelsea and Arsenal Petr Cech will become the next participant of the charity match Game4Ukraine in support of Ukraine, which will be held in London at Stamford Bridge.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainians Evgeny Konoplyanka, Oleg Luzhny and Evgeny Levchenko will play in the duel. Serginho, Shota Arveladze, Massimo Oddo and David James will also play in the match.

Recall that Antonio Valencia, Christian Panucci, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink, Jermain Defoe, Glen Johnson, Mark Noble, Martin Skrtel and Danny Drinkwater will also take the field.

Earlier it was reported that the participants of the charity match in London will be ex-Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué, legendary player of the Netherlands and Milan national team Clarence Seedorf, winner of the Golden Ball in 2006 Fabio Cannavaro, England legends David Beckham and Rio Ferdinand, ex-France player Patrick Vieira and other famous personalities.

The charity fight is scheduled for August 5 in London. Its goal is to raise funds for the restoration of the Mykhailo-Kotsiubyn Lyceum in the Chernihiv region, which was destroyed by the occupiers in March 2022.
