Ruslan Rotan’s team received a ticket to the 2024 Olympics
Team of Ukraine won voucher on Olympic Games 2024 in Paris as one of the top three youth teams European Championship 2023.
Today, Ukraine U-21 beat their peers from France (3:1) and reached the 1/2 finals of the European Championship 2024, where Israel, Spain and England will also play.
Since England does not claim a ticket to the Olympics (the combined team of Great Britain has the historical right to participate in the Summer Olympics), Ukraine, Spain and Israel automatically qualified for the 2024 Games in Paris.
The football team of Ukraine for the first time in history will play at the Olympics. The football tournament at the 2024 Games will be held from July 24 to August 10 next year. 16 teams will take part in the men’s competition.
In the 1/2 finals of the European Championship 2023 Ruslan Rotan’s team will play with Spain. The match will take place on July 5 in Bucharest.
