Ukrainian wants to organize a big fight
Ukrainian welterweight boxer Taras Shelestyuk (19-0-1, 13 KOs) named opponents with whom he is ready to fight. The list of Ukrainians includes former world champions Keith Thurman, Yordenis Ugas And Mario Barrios.
“These are the fighters I want to fight next. I don’t need passing fights. I know that I am 100 percent ready for a big win and a new chapter in my career,” Shelestyuk wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Shelestyuk had already challenged former WBA Super world champion Cuban Ugas.
Shelestyuk had his last fight in March last year. The WBA eliminator fight between the Ukrainian and Gabriel Maestre from Venezuela ended in a draw.
Shelestyuk planned to fight in December against IBO world champion Daniyar Yeleusinov (11-0, 6 KOs) from Kazakhstan. However, his opponent refused to fight.
