19-year-old American lost to Kenin
Seventh racket of the world Coco Gauff was defeated in the first round Wimbledon 2023.
At the start of the competition, the American tennis player lost to her compatriot, the 128th racket of the world Sofia Kenin. The fight lasted a little over two hours.
For the entire match, 19-year-old Gauff converted 2 of 6 breakpoints, giving her opponent four games on her serve. Koko also made 12 aces and made 5 double faults.
Kenin will face China’s Wang Xin Yu in the second round.
