The midfielder will move to the Zhytomyr club as a free agent
Midfielder SC Dnipro-1 Oleksandr Nazarenko negotiated a preliminary contract with Polissya.
The midfielder will move to the Zhytomyr club after the end of the contract with Dnipro-1 as a free agent after the first part of the season. Earlier it was reported that Dnipro-1 planned to extend the agreement with the player, which ends in December 2023.
Last season, Nazarenko played 31 matches in all tournaments for Dnipro, in which he scored one goal and gave four assists.
In the summer, defenders Artem Shabanov and Sergei Chobotenko, midfielder Emil Mustafaev joined Polesye. Another recruit of the team was midfielder Vyacheslav Tankovsky.
Also, the Zhytomyr club rented Dynamo defender Nikita Kravchenko. According to Sport Arena, another newcomer to Polissya will be goalkeeper Denis Boyko.
Polissya took first place in the First League standings and will play in the Premier League next season. The Zhytomyr team is holding a summer training camp in Austria.
