The document from the Ministry of Sports of Russia, quoted by RIA Novosti Sport, states: “Regarding the dance duo Davis / Smolkin, we inform you that in the sports season 2022/23 they were included in the lists candidates for the national figure skating team and received financial support from the federal budget.
