The Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) expressed condolences to the relatives of Irina Raber on its website.
FFKKR chief executive Alexander Kogan told on Wednesday that the federation’s vice-president Irina Raber died at the age of 74.
– The Russian Figure Skating Federation expresses its deepest condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, everyone who knew Irina Yakovlevna Raber. Blessed memory, says the message.
It should be noted that information about the funeral and farewell to Irina Raber will be released later.
Raber was vice-president of the FFKKR, as well as president of the ethics commission. From 2005 to 2022 she headed the Moscow Figure Skating Federation.
