Valentina Rodionenko said: “We have no information that Alexandra Maksimova, who played for the Vladimir region, moved to Syria. This girl was not a member of national teams and only played in competitions national for his region,” TASS quotes the coach as saying.
On the website of the International Gymnastics Federation, Alexandra Maksimova is listed as representing Syria. It should be noted that if the process of changing citizenship is confirmed, then for the athlete this process should have been simple, since she was not a member of the Russian team.
